HOW TO MAKE MY SMACK DELICIOUS SAUCE

HOW TO MAKE MY SMACK DELICIOUS SAUCE

What's up family! Today we're about to make THE SAUCE - the special sauce that I use in all my videos. I'm going to make a mild version first, then I'll spice it up for myself because I love my spicy.

Before we get started, I want to remind y'all: when you get your seasoning packet, make it the way that YOU want to make it. Use the amount that you want to use. I'm making this whole pack because I am going to be eating off this sauce for a week, at least a week and a half, maybe two weeks. That's why I make a big big pot!

Ingredients:
Base Ingredients:

Smack Delicious Mix packet (this is the base for the sauce)
1 stick of unsalted butter (you can add more if you want)
1 whole pack of chopped garlic
1 jar of Pik Sushi (optional)
Onions (use as many as you want — 3, 4, 6, 8 onions, or no onions at all)
1 tablespoon of Noris
Chicken bouillon
1 cup of water (or chicken broth)

Optional Ingredients (my preferences):

2 tablespoons of brown sugar (you can use white sugar or no sugar)
1 cup of Coke
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (or regular vinegar)
1 whole lemon (squeeze all the juice)
1 bottle of "2 times spicy" sauce (or "1 time spicy" if you prefer less heat)
Roasted red bell pepper strips (or whole pieces work too)

Instructions:
I'm going to make this short and simple:

First, I chop up all my garlic and onions. I like to cut my onions into medium pieces - not too big and not too small.
Put the butter in a pot and let it melt, then add the chopped garlic and onions. Sauté until the onions are soft and fragrant.
Add in the Pik Sushi and stir it around.
Mix 1 cup of water with the chicken bouillon, then pour it into the pot.
Add in the brown sugar, Coke, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice.
If you like it spicy like me, add in the "2 times spicy" sauce (I usually put in the whole bottle because I really love my spicy).
Add in the roasted red bell peppers. I'm trying these strips for the first time - I usually use the whole pieces. I love the taste of roasted red bell peppers, it's a winner winner chicken dinner for my taste buds!
Finally, add in the Smack Delicious Mix packet and stir everything together.
Let it simmer and keep stirring until the sauce thickens and all the flavors come together.

A Message From Me:

Remember, everything I added was my preference. The seasoning mix is just a base - you add whatever you want to make it to your liking and what your taste buds would like to taste.
And don't come at me in the comments about the sodium, because when y'all go to these seafood restaurants, that stuff be salty! They do not cut corners with the butter and all that. I don't want to hear it, you can save that for the birds. Just eat it in moderation or water it down the way you want it to be watered down.
If you have any questions about the recipe, the quantities, or if you want to substitute with vegan butter or anything else, just leave your comments down below. I'll try to get back to you ASAP.

See y'all next time! Peace out! ❤️
