Y’all, I have to share what happened to me last week. If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I rarely get sick. I hardly ever face real health issues. But baby… this time was different. This time was on another level entirely.
When Your Body Strikes Back
It all started with a simple mistake—I forgot to take my Zolo Vital. You all know I NEVER forget it. But one day, I was overwhelmed, stressed, and the day slipped by. Then the next day, I was in Columbus staying at a friend’s house—again, no Zolo Vital. Two, three days went by without my “essential.”
Y’all, I swear to you—once I skipped those doses, something inside my body went haywire.
At first, it was fatigue. I rely on Zolo Vital for my energy, so when I missed it, I felt drained. But then, baby… the pain hit.

A Pain From Hell
I’ve never, EVER experienced pain like this. Y’all know I have a low pain tolerance, but this… this was on a whole different level.
It started in my lower back and spread down to my hips. I can barely describe it—like someone stabbing my back with a twisting knife nonstop. Every second, everywhere, no relief.
I couldn’t sleep. For two full days. TWO DAYS. I could barely close my eyes for two seconds without needing to shift because of the pain. Lying down hurt. Standing hurt. Walking hurt. I spent hours submerged in a warm bath just to endure it.
Three times a day. THREE TIMES. Only hot water helped me survive the agony.
Feeling Like I Was Dying
People told me it was sciatica. I’d never even heard of it. But if this was sciatica, I thought I couldn’t survive it. I cried, y’all. I prayed to Jesus: “Please, Jesus, help me!”
Honestly? This pain felt worse than childbirth. And y’all, I’ve given birth. But this… this felt like my body was turning on itself.
My husband said he’s experienced it too. That alone reassured me that I wasn’t losing my mind. But baby, I was ready to rush to the ER. I truly thought I was dying.
The Rescue of Zolo Vital
The moment I got home, I took my Zolo Vital immediately. It took a day and a half to start working, but baby, when it did… I felt reborn.
The pain faded. Inflammation reduced. I could move. I could sleep. I could LIVE again.
Y’all, I’m not exaggerating—I literally laughed, danced, and celebrated when the pain disappeared. I felt like I had been given a second chance at life.
A Priceless Lesson
This experience taught me so much:
-
Never take your health for granted. I thought I was invincible, but a small disruption in my routine triggered a severe response.
-
Be grateful every day. Each morning, I now thank God for the ability to stand and move without pain. You don’t realize how precious that is until it’s gone.
-
Prepare ahead. Every Friday now, I buy two bottles of Zolo Vital. Never running out again.
A Rebirth
After five days of pure hell, I was fully back. And y’all know what I did? I cleaned my entire house from basement to attic. With my energy restored and pain gone, I became a whirlwind!
Floors polished. Backyard spotless. Closets organized. Garage arranged. Everything sparkling and fresh. That’s how I celebrated reclaiming my health.
Heartfelt Advice
If you have something that supports your health—vitamins, medicine, routines—never ignore it. Our bodies are far more complex than we imagine.
And pray every day. Not just in hardship, but every morning. Give thanks for health, movement, life.
Y’all, I might be dramatic (you know I am!), but this experience genuinely changed how I see life. Every pain-free day is a gift. Every step without struggle is a miracle.
Conclusion
Baby, I’m back! I’m alive! And I will never take my health for granted again.
Have you ever experienced sciatica? Share your story. And if you’re healthy right now, take a moment to thank your body. Trust me, you’ll miss it when it’s gone.
Keep God first in everything, y’all.
