My Busy Day

My Busy Day

Hello everyone! Today is another day and it’s been a long one. As usual, I didn’t wake up until around 4 PM. I’ve been feeling kind of tired today, but I’m on my way to Columbus with my girlfriend to take her out for a seafood lunch—especially crab.

Honestly, I didn’t feel like doing anything today. I didn’t even put on any makeup, just got clean and did a simple get-ready. I look a little rough right now, but it’s okay—I feel comfortable. My husband is coming too because he’s hanging out with my friend’s husband, and we’re doing our own thing. But first, I need to take my niece to check out a house.

Today’s Outfit

I’m wearing a two-piece set today. The crop top is from a TikTok shop—and yes, it has pockets! It’s a denim-like material, even on the sleeves. And I’m wearing a hat. I might line my eyes a little so I don’t look like the walking dead—just to add a little life. You know, sometimes I don’t like wearing lashes or doing a full face. Back before social media, I would just do eyeliner and lip gloss. But now with social media, you always have to look cute because people judge you. That’s how you get brand deals and collaborations.

When I go out, someone always recognizes me and wants to take a photo. So at the very least, I should make my eyes look a little alive. Vlogging is no joke—it’s a lot!

On the Way

We’re on our way to see the apartment. I still haven’t put on any makeup. My son is in the back, and I kind of look like Marty McFly with these glasses. The weather is beautiful today!

Touring a Home for My Niece

We made it! I’ve got eyeliner and earrings on now, so I look a little better. The apartment complex has a really nice gym—it’s like Planet Fitness but without the pink and yellow. All the TVs have Roku, and you can connect Bluetooth to watch your own movies right there.

The weather is perfect! We got to ride a golf cart around the property. I felt like Beyoncé after a show, getting driven around backstage! My son joked, “Mom, you didn’t even do a concert.”

The house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bath downstairs. The master bedroom is pretty spacious, and it has a garden-style tub. I think this would be a good place for my niece—with a big kitchen, fireplace, and a fenced-in back patio. This one is $2,295/month.

Seafood Lunch

After the tour, we went back home so Darius could return the U-Haul, and then we drove to Columbus, about an hour and 20 minutes away. On the way, I had a meeting with my TikTok rep. I’m kind of “off work” today! I’ll probably be pulling an all-nighter tomorrow, but that’s okay.

We went to Lee Seafood Boil in Columbus, Ohio. It was Mariah’s (my girlfriend’s) first time here, and she was excited. Just look at her locs! Her hair is so curly and healthy. She has 148 locs, and they’re gonna grow so beautifully! That’s true hair freedom—you just wake up and shake it out, and you’re ready to go!

Lee Seafood is so good—their food is super fresh. I’ve been here three or four times already, and that’s why I’m willing to drive this far just for seafood. You absolutely have to try it if you’re ever in Columbus! And if you do, tell them Be Love sent you!

I ordered a large portion, and Mariah got a smaller one. I even made my own sauce (the recipe’s on my TikTok). Seafood doesn’t leave you feeling overly full or heavy—it’s actually pretty light.

More House Hunting

After we ate, we went to see another house. This one had more space, with three bedrooms and a bathroom that had two entrances. The room sizes were great—very spacious.

Wrapping Up at Northstar Cafe

We ended the day at Northstar Cafe in Liberty, Cincinnati for an important Be Love Life brand meeting. I’m here with Darius and Nate. This place is amazing—they have all kinds of cocktails, drinks, and organic food. You’ve definitely got to check it out if you get the chance!

It’s been a busy, but fun and fulfilling day!
