Hello everyone, I’m Tae. As many of you know, I’ve been single for over a year now, almost two years actually. I’ve healed from past relationships and feel like I’m ready to start dating again.
But I’ve realized that I might not be able to find the right person on my own. Maybe I need some help from the outside. And who better to ask than the people I spend time with every day – my TikTok community?
If you don’t know, I’m a TikTok Ambassador and I go live on TikTok every day. Since then, I’ve built a huge community, and we chat all day long. So, I thought, “Why not let them pick who my next date will be?”
My name is Tae, also known as "Brooklyn's Tae" on TikTok. I’m a single, gay woman looking for a date, and I’ve let you all take over the process. We have a group of women who’ve signed up for this “TikTok” program, and they’ll be joining me soon to start figuring out who you’ll choose for my next date. I’ll be flying out to meet them, and you’ll get to watch.
This leads to a competition lasting about two months. We have different women in the program competing for a date with me. Basically, I’ll be flying to the city of the person the audience chooses. I don’t have any say in this situation.
The show is crazy! I’ll probably share some clips from the show in future videos. What I want to talk about is that the show has finally ended, and the winner has been chosen. And her name is Love! She’s from Memphis. I’ll share more about her if things continue to go well.
In short, I flew to Memphis to meet Love. I’ve never dated a Southern woman before. Let’s just say this meeting went way better than I expected.
Of course, since we’re doing this show, I’ve gotten to know the contestants better behind the scenes. It was clear that Love had a real chance of winning. There were actually two or three people who seemed like they could be the winner, but after every show, Love was always leading in votes. So, I decided to learn a little more about her since I’d be flying to Memphis. I couldn’t fly to Memphis without knowing who I was meeting, right?
According to Love, she had been flirting with me before the show, and I turned her down. I don’t really remember that, but the only reason that might be true is that I wasn’t interested in anyone before. So, if someone was flirting with me, I probably didn’t notice because I wasn’t looking for anyone to flirt with. But I really doubt that I missed her signals because she’s a very beautiful woman.
You guys, she made me dizzy. I told her that my main goal was to take things slow, but it’s been hard for me. She’s just too beautiful. She’s so affectionate, so kind to me, and she has that signature voice... Oh my god, someone help me!
So, I met her, and we kissed when we first met. You guys saw the clip of us actually meeting, so I don’t need to explain that, but let’s talk about what happened after the live broadcast ended.
I was very upfront with the viewers at the time that I really wanted to go on a date, but if things got hot, it was kind of inevitable. I mean, what’s meant to happen will happen. I’m grown, the contestants are all grown, and they know what they signed up for.
Well, let’s just say I got to know Love very well, and she got to know me very well, and I think I’ve been enchanted.
While I was there, we went horseback riding, which was really fun. We got nipple piercings, which was amazing, and we also "explored" each other a lot, if you know what I mean.
