Letās start with foodābecause yāall know food is life! Now hereās something funny that always cracks me up: my eating habits are totally different from the rest of my family. Especially my husbandābless his heart, but vegetables are just not his thing. Green leafy veggies? Nah. Anything dairy-based? Heāll pass.
But you know what? I love that. Why? Because it means more for me! I donāt have to share my bowl of spinach or fight over the last bite of kale salad. I can eat the way I want without anyone else dipping into my plate. That freedom in the kitchen is lowkey a luxury!
Iāve had these eating habits for years. While others might see greens as a side dish, for me, theyāre the star of the show. A big bowl of vegetables? Thatās my main course, honey! And when everyone else is skipping the salad, Iām savoring every crunchy bite.

Now letās talk about something I heard recently that had me scratching my headācorn. Yup, good old corn. Someone told me that corn might not be a "natural" food and could actually be man-made. Like, what? That threw me for a loop! I started wondering, āWait... is corn even real?ā
And letās be honest here. If youāve ever eaten corn, you know what Iām about to say⦠it doesnāt exactly break down during digestion. It comes out looking pretty much the way it went in! š But regardless of that fun fact, I canāt lieācorn is delicious. Especially when itās part of a seafood boil with all the juicy, flavorful goodness. Iām not sure about the nutrition, but flavor-wise? Corn brings the heat.
My Life As a Workaholic
Now hereās where things get a little ācrazy.ā Letās talk about my work routine. Yāall⦠Iām a true workaholic. I work 16 hours a day. Yes, sixteen! That might sound wild to some people, but itās just how Iām built. I love what I do, and when youāre passionate about something, it doesnāt feel like workāit feels like purpose.
Hereās the even crazier part: I only sleep about 5 hours a night. And somehow, I wake up feeling like Iāve slept for 10. Thatās not magicāthatās discipline, good supplements, and keeping my body in check. Iāve been using a Whoop tracker to monitor my sleep and recovery. It helps me understand my body betterāhow well Iām resting, whether Iām pushing too hard, or if I need to slow down (spoiler: I usually donāt slow down š ).
Iāve done livestreams that last 5 hours straight without missing a beat. My energy level? Through the roof. Weāre talking 20, 30āsometimes 30 million! Iām not kidding. And the best part? I donāt feel drained or burnt out afterward. Thatās the power of doing something you love and taking care of yourself.

Aging, But Leveling Up
You know what they say: as we get older, we tend to need less sleep. And for me, that couldnāt be more true. I feel like I have more stamina now than I did years ago. Iām moving faster, thinking clearer, and just living more fully.
Sometimes I look around and feel like Iām running marathons around folks half my age. And not to brag, but I kind of love that feeling. This season of life? It feels magical.
Iāve always been the type of person who just doesnāt know how to stop. āCanāt stop, wonāt stopāāthatās my motto. As long as God gives me energy and drive, Iāll keep showing up, giving my best, and doing what I love. I donāt believe in slowing down just because of a number. Age is a blessingābut it doesnāt have to be a limitation.
