I’m so excited to finally share the unforgettable memories from my birthday trip to Las Vegas with my family – a celebration that turned into one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
We spent two wonderful weeks in Vegas, staying at the stunning Cosmopolitan Hotel and also in a cozy timeshare apartment that gave us plenty of space to relax and unwind. Every day was packed with laughter, love, and adventure, but one of the most thrilling moments was when I finally checked something off my bucket list: visiting the Heart Attack Grill! I had wanted to go there for so long, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I filmed a fun collab video during my visit, but let me tell you – I wasn’t fully prepared for their wild birthday tradition. Yep, I got spanked… and not just a gentle tap either! It stung so much I couldn’t help but yell out, “I will never do this again!” But it’s all in good fun, and now it’s a hilarious memory I’ll never forget.
What made this trip even more special was having both of my sons, Darius and Dalvin, fly in just to celebrate my birthday with me. Their presence was the greatest gift of all, but Darius went a step further and gave me something truly out of this world – he named a star after me, calling it Bethany Neptus. I was speechless. It’s such a beautiful and thoughtful gesture that touched my heart in a way words can’t fully express. Knowing that there's a star shining in the sky with my name on it is something I’ll treasure forever.
We also took time to reflect on how blessed we are as a family. As some of you know, both of my sons were involved in separate car accidents just six months apart. The fear and anxiety I felt during those times were overwhelming. When I saw the condition of Dalvin’s car after the crash, I broke down in tears. It was truly a miracle that he walked away unharmed. I thank God every single day for protecting my boys and giving us the chance to be together, safe and whole.
Of course, no trip to Vegas is complete without indulging in some amazing food, and we definitely did that! One of our favorite meals was at T-Bones at the Red Rock Casino Hotel, where we were treated to an exceptional dining experience. A big heartfelt thank you to Chef Latrice, who made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The service was top-notch, and the desserts were out of this world – a perfect way to end a beautiful evening.
After our Vegas adventure, we’re making a quick stop in Atlanta, and then continuing our journey to the breathtaking Florida Keys. I’m so excited for what’s next, but before I go, I want to take a moment to thank every single person who took the time to send me birthday wishes – whether it was through emails, text messages, or DMs. Your kind words, love, and support mean more than you know. Even if I couldn’t reply to everyone individually, please know that I read them all and felt the warmth behind each message.
This vacation has been more than just a getaway – it’s been a powerful reminder of what matters most: family, love, and gratitude. I feel so blessed and so deeply thankful for these moments.
