Skipping Breakfast, Staying Healthy, and Rethinking Age 63

You know, I’ve realized over the years that my eating habits are definitely not what most people would call “normal.” When I’m in the middle of working, my mind gets so locked in on the task at hand that eating becomes the last thing on my mind. If I’m not filming a mukbang, I can literally go hours and hours without even thinking about food. Breakfast? That’s just not part of my routine. Instead, I wake up, grab my big water bottle, and start my day by hydrating. Drinking plenty of water first thing in the morning keeps me refreshed and energized, even before I’ve had a single bite to eat.

Another part of my daily routine is taking herbal supplements. These herbs have become a powerful tool for me—they not only give me energy to push through long days but sometimes even spark my appetite when I’ve gone too long without eating. When that natural energy kicks in, it’s easy to lose track of time. Before you know it, hours have flown by, and I’ve been working nonstop without even realizing it.

Now, I know a lot of people associate me with cheese and rich foods because of what they see in my videos. And yes, I do enjoy those indulgent meals. But here’s the part most people don’t realize—I balance all that out with a whole lot of vegetables. Greens are a regular part of my diet, and I actually love cooking them. Just the other day, I made a big pot of fresh greens, and let me tell you, they hit the spot. That balance is what keeps me feeling good, even when I enjoy the heavier dishes.

One of my dreams is to start a garden, and I plan to do it with the help of my brother Jason. I’ve always been passionate about vegetables, and while I buy plenty from the store, nothing compares to homegrown produce. There’s just something magical about picking a fresh tomato straight from the vine and tasting it right there—it’s sweeter, juicier, and full of life in a way store-bought food can’t match. The flavor of fresh, organic vegetables is on another level, and it makes eating them even more enjoyable.

But beyond food, I’ve learned something even more important: how to stay positive no matter what. Life is full of little accidents—spills, messes, mistakes. I used to stress about those things, but now I remind myself that they don’t really matter in the big picture. You clean it up, move on, and keep living. That mindset has given me peace and allowed me to enjoy life more fully.

That’s why hearing sad news always makes me stop and reflect. Recently, when I heard about Angie Stone, my heart was heavy. Losing someone at just 63 years old—it hits different. To me, 63 is still so young. That’s not “old” by any means. And when I reach that age, I know I won’t feel old at all. It’s a reminder to live every day with gratitude, to embrace joy, and to not take anything—or anyone—for granted. Life is too precious, and none of us should waste a moment.
