The secret reason why I often pray all day long

When you’re a mukbanger or someone who creates eating videos, filming in public isn’t always easy. People stare, whisper, and wonder what you’re doing. In the beginning, I used to feel nervous, even embarrassed. But not anymore—this is my calling, my work, and my purpose. As you grow older, you learn not to let the opinions of others weigh you down. Their looks or words have no power over who you truly are.

Let me take you inside a day in my life. My mornings always begin with prayer. I pray in a sacred language—the language of the Holy Spirit. Sometimes, I can spend hours praying while playing simple games like Tetris or listening to audiobooks on discerning spirits and spiritual deliverance. Prayer isn’t just a routine—it’s my lifeline.

As Christians, we face battles in every area of our lives. There are times when thoughts come into your mind that are not your own. That’s when you must rise up and fight back with the Word of God. The Bible tells us to rebuke the enemy in the name of Jesus, for He who is in us is greater than the one who is in the world. Just as Jesus faced the devil’s temptations in the wilderness for 40 days, He didn’t retreat—He stood firm, answering with Scripture.

The Holy Spirit is more than a guide—He is a friend. Gentle, sensitive, and deeply aware of every detail of your heart. When you open yourself to Him, He directs your path, speaks through that still, small voice, and teaches you how to pray with power and wisdom.

One of the greatest strengths in marriage is when a husband and wife pray together. My husband and I often remind each other to pray in the Spirit, because the Bible says two can put ten thousand to flight. When a couple unites in prayer, they become unstoppable. And that’s exactly why the enemy targets strong Christian marriages the most—because he knows the power they hold when they stand together.

Yes, the devil is real, but he is already defeated. Through the Holy Spirit, we carry authority that demons must recognize. But here’s the truth—they only submit when your life aligns with God’s will. You can’t live halfway. You must walk in righteousness, follow God’s commandments, stay rooted in His Word, and keep a daily relationship with Him.

Praying for a few minutes won’t carry you through. You need to go deeper. Spend hours in prayer, meditate on Scripture, and pray in the Spirit throughout the day. I can promise you this—you will begin to see transformation. The battles will come, but victory is already ours in Jesus Christ.
