Vegan Seafood Sauce – Bloveslife Style
Ingredients:

1 stick Earth Balance vegan butter (about 800 calories – you can use less if watching fats)

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

½–1 cup of mixed bell peppers, diced

2 cups of vegetable broth (low-sodium preferred)

1–2 tablespoons agave syrup (or to taste)

1–2 tablespoons coconut sugar

¼ cup kombucha (adds that fermented tang – replaces soda!)

1–2 tablespoons Bragg’s apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon pickled ginger, chopped

2–3 cloves of garlic, minced

Juice of ½ a lemon

Seasonings to taste (suggestions: smoked paprika, Old Bay, cayenne, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder)
Instructions:

Melt the vegan butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Let it coat the pan with that rich, buttery aroma.
