Ingredients (Serves 4)
•    For the chicken:
o    1.5 lbs (680g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
o    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
o    1 tsp garlic powder
o    1 tsp onion powder
o    1 tsp paprika
o    Salt and pepper to taste
o    2 tbsp cooking oil (vegetable or olive oil)
•    For the honey garlic sauce:
o    3 tbsp butter
o    4 large garlic cloves, minced
o    1/3 cup honey
o    1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
o    1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
o    1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)

Instructions
1.    Prepare the Chicken:
o    Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
o    In a shallow dish, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken pieces evenly with the flour mixture.
2.    Cook the Chicken:
o    Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside on a plate.
3.    Make the Sauce:
o    In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
o    Add the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes (if using). Stir well and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
4.    Combine Chicken and Sauce:
o    Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing it gently to coat each piece in the honey garlic sauce. Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for 2–3 minutes to soak up all the flavors.
5.    Serve and Enjoy:
o    Transfer the chicken to a serving plate and drizzle any extra sauce from the pan over the top.
o    Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired. Serve hot with steamed rice, mashed potatoes, or sautéed vegetables.
