Responding to Negative Comments

Hey y’all! Today, I want to talk about something that honestly shocked me — like, really took me by surprise.

Unfounded Criticism
Some people have been leaving comments or sending messages like, “You should give that money to the poor,” or “You should be paying your tithes to the church.”
And I just have to ask — how do y’all even know I’m not doing that?
It’s wild to me that people can say things like that without knowing anything about my life. You don’t know how I live. You don’t know what I do with my money.

The Truth About My Faith
Let me clear this up: I always pay my tithes. I always give to my church. I’m a giver — a big giver. People don’t even realize that.
That’s one of the main reasons why I have what I have today — because I put God first in everything I do. And that’s the truth!

When Opinions Lack Facts
You’re free to have your own opinions, sure. But when it comes to facts — to reality — those kinds of comments just don’t hold up. They’re not true, not even a little bit.

I Deserve What I’ve Worked For
There’s nothing wrong with wanting or owning nice things if you’ve worked for them. My husband and I have been working hard for years. I’ve been doing this for six years now, and I deserve to enjoy the fruits of that labor.
But at the same time, I never forget to keep God first. I put Him above everything — everything! That’s exactly why my business continues to thrive.

About Social Media
Social media can get real messy sometimes, y’all. There are just certain things people shouldn’t say, and some things make you go, “What?!”
Some folks are just out here clout chasing — doing whatever they can for likes and attention. But when they go that far, the best thing you can do is not give them any recognition. And trust me, I don’t.

Final Message
I’m sorry if I had to “check” a few people — well, maybe not “check” exactly, but I had to address it because those comments really threw me off.
Like, what do you actually know about what I do with my money? Have you seen my bank account? Have you seen my giving statements or what I invest in?
People talk like they know me — like they’ve got the facts. And when I see comments like, “You bought that car while people are starving,” I just think — hold on now!
We’ve worked hard for what we have. We invest wisely. We don’t play around when it comes to money. And above all, we put God first.

Believe me when I say this — we wouldn’t be here without Him. And we’re only going higher from here because we’re doing the right things with what we’ve been blessed with.
My husband and I built this brand and this business from the ground up. That’s the truth, y’all.
