My Weight Loss Journey – A Heartfelt Share
Hey y’all! It’s Bloveslife here, and today I want to open up about my weight loss journey. This was a big decision for me, and I want to bring y’all along as I work through it step by step.

My Story
As many of you already know, ever since I switched to a vegan lifestyle, I’ve gained over 40 pounds! Honestly, I didn’t expect the weight to go up that much. At first, I wasn’t too worried because I still felt healthy and comfortable in my own skin.
But then it hit me — I didn’t want things to get out of hand. I didn’t want to wake up one day and regret not paying attention to my body’s signals. So, I decided it was time to take action — right now!

My Goal
In this video, I took my “before” pictures so y’all can see where I’m starting from. I took both front and side shots, trying to capture every detail so later on we can really compare the progress clearly.
My goal isn’t just to lose weight — I want to tone up, boost my health, and feel more confident about myself inside and out.

My Action Plan
Diet:
I’ve been cutting down my portion sizes (and trust me, that’s been tough!).
Adding more greens to every meal.
Eating cleaner and more balanced foods.
I’ll be sharing my daily meal plans, what I eat, and even some smoothie recipes with y’all!

Workout Routine:
I started off with a challenging workout session. In the video, you’ll see me doing the following:
Warm-Up and Arm Exercises
I began with arm movements — lifting up, lowering down, and holding them straight out to the sides. Sounds easy, but when you do it nonstop, it burns!
Full-Body Workout
Next, I moved into twisting and holding poses. One key thing I learned is to tighten your glutes when you reach the top position — it makes a big difference! I also focused on breathing — exhaling as I lift to help the body get enough oxygen.

Stretching Routine
Now this part was intense! I had to hold each stretch, and if I didn’t feel the pull enough, I had to lift myself higher with my hands. I held each move for about 10 seconds.
Rotation and Holding Poses
These exercises focus on maintaining proper form. You can adjust your arms to stay comfortable, but the key is to keep that posture steady.
Final Move
The last exercise involved lowering my body down and holding it — with straight legs! I’ll admit, I felt some back pain, but that just means I was doing it right and working those muscles!
