Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

  • Chop the cilantro and mushrooms.

  • Take all the toppings out of the fridge ahead of time to bring them to room temperature (this keeps the warm meat from cooling down too quickly).

Step 2: Cook the meat

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet.

  • Add the cilantro while cooking.

  • Mix in the chopped mushrooms.

  • Season to taste (the video didn’t specify the exact seasonings).

Step 3: Assemble the tacos

  • Use crispy taco shells (do NOT heat them up).

  • Spoon the cooked beef mixture into the shell.

  • Add plenty of filling.

  • Top with sour cream.

  • Finish with guacamole.

Step 4: Enjoy

  • Eat immediately while the shell is still crispy.

  • Best enjoyed with a glass of water.

Important Notes:
⭐ Do NOT heat the taco shells — this keeps them perfectly crunchy.
⭐ Let toppings reach room temperature — this prevents the hot meat from getting cold.
⭐ Don’t be shy with the fillings — load it up!
⭐ The cook mentioned wanting to add beans, but they ran out.
