Almost Two Years Single and a Bold Decision
As many of you know, I’ve been single for over a year now—almost two years. I’ve healed from the past and feel ready to date again. But maybe I’m not so good at finding the right person on my own, so I thought I’d need some help from outside.
And who better than the people I spend time with every day? That’s right—my TikTok family! As a TikTok Ambassador, I livestream daily and have built a big community. So I thought, why not let you decide who I should date?
The “TikTok Dating Show” – When Viewers Take Control
I’m Tae, also known as Brooklyn’s Hey on TikTok—a single lesbian woman looking for love. I gave you full control over my dating process.
We had a group of women sign up for the show, and over the course of about two months, they competed for a chance to have me fly out to date them. The special thing was—I had no control at all. Everything was based on the viewers’ votes. I would fly to the city of whoever you chose for me.
Love – The Girl from Memphis
The show ended, and there was one winner. Her name is Love, from Memphis. This is my first time dating a Southern woman, and let me just say… the meeting went far better than I ever imagined.
During the show, I had the chance to get to know the contestants better. It was clear Love had a strong chance of winning—though two or three others also had potential. But after each episode, Love always led the votes. So I started learning more about her, because I couldn’t just fly to Memphis without knowing who I was going to meet.
According to Love, she had already flirted with me before the show, but I had rejected her. I don’t really remember, but it could be true—back then I wasn’t focused on dating, so I might have missed her signals. Still, I doubt I could have overlooked her for long, because Love truly is a very beautiful woman.
The Meeting and Unexpected Emotions
Guys… I don’t want to say I’m “caught up,” but she completely swept me off my feet. I told her my biggest goal was to take things slow, but it’s so hard when she’s so beautiful, so affectionate, and so kind to me. And that Southern accent… y’all, help me out!
We kissed as soon as we met—you’ve seen the clip, so I don’t need to explain more. But let’s talk about what happened after the livestream ended.
I was very upfront with the chat at the time, saying I really wanted to go on dates, but if things got “physical,” then so be it. I’m grown, the contestants are grown, and they knew what they signed up for.
Unforgettable Experiences in Memphis
I got to know Love very deeply, and she also got to know me just as much. I think I’m already falling for her. While in Memphis, we went horseback riding—which was a lot of fun—we got our nipples pierced together, and we also… explored each other in so many ways.
